Ampla Health is seeking a Community Promotions Worker to help build community connections and promote access to healthcare services. This role engages directly with community members, organizations, and local events to increase awareness of Ampla Health’s programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Ampla Health services at community events, farms, and public spaces

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and partner organizations

• Develop and distribute outreach materials and event information

• Participate in health fairs and local events to represent Ampla Health

• Maintain records of community contacts and outreach activities

• Support the Outreach Program Manager with event coordination and promotions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2 years of outreach or grassroots experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must have a valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
