Programs Facilitator – Community Garden

Join The Salvation Army and lead Growing Together—an innovative community garden, nursery and micro-enterprise program that empowers young people aged 16–25 to build confidence, develop practical skills, and create pathways to employment.

The Salvation Army (Salvos) Youth Services encompasses a range of programs for vulnerable young people, their families, and the community. Our services have a strong focus on prevention and early intervention and enable access to safe accommodation options, Holistic case management, community outreach programs and programs that teach vital independent living skills. About the role
Based at the Tom Quinn Centre in Bundaberg, you'll bring the garden to life by creating a welcoming, hands-on learning environment where young people can connect, learn and thrive. Working alongside community partners and volunteers, you'll help transform gardening, food production and enterprise into meaningful opportunities for personal growth.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.
We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.
