🌟 We’re Hiring: Community Placement Coordinator

Permanent, full time shift patterns between 08:00-18:00

ÂŁ24,785-ÂŁ26,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

Hybrid in our Dundee St, Edinburgh office

We’re looking for a Community Placement Coordinator to join our team and place healthcare workers into our community care packages for service users with learning disabilities, mental health and complex care needs.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to nurses and healthcare support workers in order to book them into shifts in the various community settings, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements.

  • Liaise with healthcare workers to respond to queries and gain availability for current and future shifts.

  • Upload and update service users shift information onto our system, ensuring this is communicated to new workers.

  • Develop good relationships with the service users family, providing a supportive and empathetic approach.
