As a Community Outreach Representative, you will be the face of our charity clients, engaging directly with community members, supporters, and donors. You’ll help raise awareness, build relationships, and support events and campaigns, gaining valuable experience in customer service, marketing, and nonprofit outreach

Key Responsibilities

• Represent charity clients at community events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
• Engage and educate the public about nonprofit programs and initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and supporters
• Assist with event setup, logistics, and promotional activities
• Track participation and feedback to improve campaign impact

Candidate Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for community outreach, customer service, and nonprofit work
• Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends for events
• Experience in customer service, promotions, or retail is a plus but not required
