Job Description

Location: Pittsburgh, PA with extensive local travel (mileage reimbursed)

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm

of Job Duties This position is responsible for educating the public, community partners in care, and referral sources about the Community LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested elders into the intake process. As part of a team led by the Marketing Manager, identifies and cultivates new relationship opportunities that will support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth and evaluates results. Serves as the primary sales representative to social workers, case managers, discharge planners, service coordinators and other primary referral sources. This position involves local travel up to 50% of the time (mileage reimbursed).

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, Marketing or Health related field.

Required Experience: Evidence of achieving sales goals within the market and/or demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding corporate goals. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service needs.

Required Certifications/Licensing: Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
