Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator
Location: Warsaw, IN 46580
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible)
Pay Rate: 20 hrs a week at $22.47 & 20 hrs a week at $17.18

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to plan, implement, and manage initiatives that promote community integration for individuals with disabilities. This role fosters connections between those we serve and the broader community across Cass, Fulton, and Marshall Counties

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate community-based day program opportunities.

• Identify and expand services, such as:

  • Community-Integrated Inclusion

  • Volunteer Opportunities

  • Workforce Readiness

  • Behavioral Consulting

  • Music Therapy & Recreational Therapy

  • Club Room Instruction

• Provide leadership and vision in alignment with our mission and values.

• Promote agency programs through community awareness and public engagement.

• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Research and respond to service needs in the catchment area.

• Build strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and individuals served.

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

• Participate in outreach events and represent the agency in the community.

• Monitor and manage grant funding for program operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, social work, psychology, education, business, public relations, or a related field preferred

• Strong business acumen, including skills in fiscal oversight, project management, and data analysis.

• Experience in the disability services field and local community knowledge is preferred

• Must be of unquestionable character (subject to background checks, drug screening, and references).

• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of self or others.
