About Diana Health

Diana Health is a network of modern women’s health practices working in partnership with hospitals to reimagine the maternity and women’s healthcare experience. We are restructuring the traditional approach to care to create an experience that is good for patients and good for providers. We do that by combining a tech-enabled, wellness-focused care program that women love with a clinical system that helps us drive continuous quality improvement and ensure work-life balance for our care team. We work with clients across all life stages to empower and support them to live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives. With strong collaborative care teams, passionate administrators and a significant investment in operational support, Diana Health team members are well-supported to bring their very best to the work they love.

We are an interdisciplinary team joined together by our shared commitment to transform women’s health.

We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused "go-getter" to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a hands-on community outreach role focused on maintaining referral relationships, supporting the launch of a new physician, and helping open a new practice location.

What you’ll do:

Grow and maintain referral relationships

  • Visit physician offices and community partners to strengthen referral relationships.
  • Complete approximately 80 referral visits and 2 Lunch & Learns each month.
  • Represent Diana Health in the community and communicate our unique model of care.

Support physician onboarding

  • Help introduce a new physician to the community through referral visits and outreach.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and assist with onboarding activities.

Support a new practice opening

  • Coordinate community outreach for a new clinic opening.
  • Help plan and execute an Open House event, if applicable.
  • Assist with opening-day marketing logistics.

Accountability

This role is highly independent and results-driven. Success requires someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and committed to accurate reporting.

You'll be expected to:

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM.
  • Track all outreach activities and submit a weekly activity report.
  • Attend a 30-minute weekly check-in with your supervisor.
  • Meet agreed-upon outreach and relationship-building goals.

Who you are

  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys meeting new people.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • An excellent communicator with a professional, polished presence.
  • Familiar with the Smyrna, Murfreesboro, and surrounding communities.

Qualifications

  • Sales, physician liaison, business development, community outreach, or similar relationship-building experience.
  • Experience using CRM software and Google Workspace.
  • Availability for occasional evening or community events.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation

Diana Health Culture

  • Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement
  • Positive, can do / how can I help attitude
  • Empathy for our team and our clients
  • Taking ownership and driving to results
  • Being scrappy and resourceful
