Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Community and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, helping grow and support our padel community across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our social media accounts across UAE, Jordan, Egypt, and upcoming markets

  • Create and publish posts, stories, and basic reels to promote tournaments and events

  • Post tournaments on our platform, ensuring all information is clear and accurate

  • Support the promotion of WPPR-verified tournaments

  • Handle WhatsApp communication with players and organizers, answering their questions and providing support

  • Assist with platform data entry and data cleaning, including players, tournaments, and results

  • Support daily operational tasks across the team

  • Ensure all shared content is accurate, consistent, and professional

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

  • Previous experience in social media management or community coordination

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Basic content creation skills (Canva, video editing, or similar tools)
