Community Operations社群运营BeijingExperiencedFull-timeResponsibilities1. Build and operate the AI+3D creator community (Discord / WeChat) from 0 to 1, establish the creator ecosystem, and improve creator retention and engagement;
2. Develop the community system and user growth funnel;
3. Identify and nurture core creators, and build incentive and growth mechanisms;
4. Plan and run community activities to foster a strong community culture;
5. Collect user feedback and collaborate with product teams for optimization;
6. Cooperate with marketing for user acquisition, and improve conversion and retention.
1、0-1 搭建 AI+3D 创作者社群（Discord / 微信），搭建创作者生态，提升创作者留存与活跃；
2、搭建社群体系与用户增长路径；
3、挖掘培育核心创作者，搭建激励与成长机制；
4、策划社群活动，营造社区氛围；
5、收集用户反馈，联动产品优化；
6、协同市场引流，提升转化与留存。
Qualifications1. 2–5 years of experience in community, creator or user operations; overseas community experience is a plus;
2. Understand user lifecycle management and able to build systematic operation frameworks;
3. Strong execution and ownership, proficient in user operations and activity planning;
4. Interest in AI/3D or the creator economy is preferred.
