Job Category: Learning Community Center (LCC)The Community Navigator is a member of the Learning Community Center (LCC) team, responsible for recruiting and working with families in South Omaha in order to connect them to the LCC program and other educational and community services. The LCC program empowers parents with skills and knowledge in order to make their home a better learning environment and become even better role models for their children. The Community Navigator is supervised by the LCC Program Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs dictate.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate group presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, organizing time and details.
- Computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets, or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance required, a clean driving record and completion of the Mini Bus Driver Safety class required.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport within the community, with an understanding of diverse populations and backgrounds.
