The Role
As the Community Marketing Manager, you will lead the local marketing strategy for Netflix House Las Vegas, translating national campaigns into market-specific experiences that drive visitation, ticket sales, community engagement, and long-term brand affinity.
Serving as the strategic marketing leader for the Las Vegas market, you will partner closely with centralized Strategy, Growth, Social, PR, Creative, Sales, Operations, Programming, and Experience teams to ensure every marketing initiative reflects local audience insights while supporting Netflix House business objectives. This role requires deep knowledge of the Las Vegas market, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence without direct ownership across multiple marketing channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the local marketing strategy for Netflix House Las Vegas, translating national campaigns into market-specific initiatives that drive awareness, visitation, ticket sales, and long-term brand affinity.
- Serve as the strategic marketing partner to House leadership, Operations, Programming, Sales, and centralized Marketing teams, ensuring local priorities are represented across all marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute the community engagement strategy, establishing sustainable partnerships across education, tourism, sports, arts, local businesses, nonprofits, and cultural organizations.
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and in-person experiential marketing events for all local programming, identifying opportunities to amplify activations, drive attendance, and elevate the guest experience.
- Author and manage creative and marketing briefs for local campaigns, programming, partnerships, venue marketing, and promotional initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Own the in-venue marketing strategy and content calendar, developing messaging for all guest-facing signage, digital touchpoints, and promotional placements while partnering with Operations to ensure execution excellence.
- Lead marketing collaboration with BLVD and other partners, managing shared marketing calendars, promotional opportunities, holiday campaigns, and on-property marketing initiatives.
- Support the Sales organization by developing localized marketing assets, identifying market opportunities, partnering with ticket distribution partners to drive demand, and providing insights that strengthen B2B engagement strategies.
- Manage local agency, vendor, printer, and community partner relationships, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets and high-quality execution across all initiatives.
- Monitor local market trends, consumer behavior, competitive activity, and business performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Growth, Programming, Operations, and Experience teams to ensure local campaigns are operationally executable and aligned with the overall guest journey.
- Establish scalable marketing processes, templates, and best practices that improve efficiency and support future growth across Netflix House locations.
- Champion the Netflix House brand within the Las Vegas community, identifying innovative opportunities to deepen local relevance, expand market presence, and deliver measurable business impact.
What We Need From You:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, experiential event marketing, hospitality, entertainment, tourism, or location-based entertainment
- Deep knowledge of the Las Vegas market, consumer behavior, tourism landscape, and local business ecosystem.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies across multiple consumer channels.
- Strong understanding of media strategy, CRM, organic social, partnerships, community marketing, experiential events, and consumer engagement.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid LVMPD non-gaming work card and SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card.
- Experience briefing agencies and managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners - internal, external and agency partners

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $127,000.00 - $198,000.00.
