Your Role on the Team
Southview Apartments is a 72 unit family property in Marion, VA. The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operations and performance of the property, ensuring it runs efficiently, remains compliant, and provides a positive experience for residents and staff. This role oversees all key functions, including HUD Section 8 and Tax Credit programs, rental applications, rent collections, annual recertifications, compliance, reporting, and file management. The Community Manager also leads resident relations, vendor partnerships, budget adherence, and unit inspections.
In addition, the Community Manager supervises and supports the onsite team, including Leasing Agents, Assistant Managers, and Maintenance staff, ensuring strong curb appeal, timely unit turns, and responsive work order completion.
