Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the onsite property team while maintaining a motivating and professional presence
- Establish and manage schedules for property maintenance and team operations, holding team members accountable for performance and engagement
- Coach, support, and develop team members to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Manage property budget, accounts, rent collections, tenant notices, and related financial workflows using property management software
- Review applications, background checks, and credit screening in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Oversee administrative duties such as conducting file audits, ensuring compliance, and preparing required documentation
- Coordinate with leadership by reporting escalated concerns and preparing client‑ready reporting packages
- Communicate operational variances, concerns, and successes promptly, using a solution‑focused approach
- Enforce company policies and compliance requirements for leasing, certifications, and resident documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting residents and visitors respectfully and addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote strong curb appeal
- Investigate complaints, resolve conflicts, and ensure safety precautions are followed
- Maintain ethical and consistent practices across all work activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate

Qualifications
- Strong positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative approach
- Experience managing budgets, accounts, and rent collection processes
- Professional, polished presence with a mature leadership style
- Excellent customer service skills from property management, hospitality, retail, or similar experience
- 2+ years of multifamily leasing management experience required, with additional leasing experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time‑management abilities
- Skilled in scheduling and coordinating vendors, contractors, and team tasks
- Ability to support and mentor team members through daily operations
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel; property management software experience preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
