Community Manager

Berger Communities is hiring a Multi Site Community Manager for Audubon Manor, Audubon Pointe, Chestnut Street Lofts, Market Street Flats, and The Greentree Building in West Chester, PA. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a manager, but a true leader who cares about people. Pay & Benefits

  • $70,000–$75,000/year, plus:
    • Up to 20% annual bonus
    • Monthly renewal & occupancy bonuses

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of the community. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction.

  • Manage the overall financial performance of the property
  • Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing onsite team
  • Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
  • Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals
  • Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed
  • Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness
  • Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties
