What You Bring

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Previous experience overseeing apartment community operations
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of leasing, resident retention, occupancy, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ability to coach team members, hold employees accountable, and maintain high service standards
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations and performance
• Drive occupancy, leasing results, resident retention, and financial performance
• Lead, train, and support on-site team members
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, expenses, and property performance
• Conduct property inspections and ensure communities are well-maintained
• Resolve resident concerns professionally and build positive resident relationships
• Communicate effectively with residents, employees, and leadership in both English and Spanish
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations
