Location: Indianapolis, IN

Salary Potential: $60,000 per year + Quarterly Bonuses + Up to $10,000 in NOI Bonuses

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Community Size: 113 Apartment Homes

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at Everly at Meridian Hills, a well-maintained apartment community located in a quiet, established neighborhood near Meridian Kessler. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in team management, resident relations, and property performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the apartment community
• Lead and supervise on-site staff
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Monitor rent collections, occupancy, and retention
• Coordinate maintenance operations and service standards
• Manage budgets and ensure Fair Housing compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing regulations
