We are seeking an experienced Community Manager who has operated at the intersection of owners association management and branded residential living in Dubai. This is not an entry-level property role — we need someone who has sat across the table from unit owners, navigated service charge disputes, maintained brand partner relationships, and built genuine communities within premium developments. You understand that owners in a branded residence are simultaneously investors and residents, and you know how to serve both sides of that relationship. Your day-to-day combines operational precision, people skills, and a working knowledge of how Dubai's OA regulatory framework shapes what you can and cannot do.
