We are looking for an Apartment Community Manager to lead our newest apartment community, Ascend at Greenfield - Lancaster, PA who is committed to providing our valued residence with a beautiful and safe living experience. Ascend at Greenfield is a 311-unit property opening in June 2026.

The Apartment Community Manager is responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining the luxurious multi-family community. Working with the VP Property Management & Area Manager to meet the company's operating objectives, annual budget, and property performance, the Apartment Community Manager will take a hands-on approach to facilitate and promote a team-oriented, customer-focused and safety-conscience environment.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• College degree preferred
• A minimum of 3-5 years of residential property management experience
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, through the National Apartment Association, is desired
• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
• Availability to work weekends is required
• Valid Driver's license
