Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We are looking for a Community Management Intern to join our team. The primary focus of this role would initially be community management on social media, with the potential to expand into broader community listening and strategy over time.
Please note that we are hiring for this role in Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will be doing
Responding to comments, questions and messages on social platforms (primarily Instagram and TikTok)
Ensuring accurate and helpful responses, supported by training from the team
Engaging with relevant conversations and user-generated content
Building relationships with our community and encouraging positive interaction
Supporting the team with simple social media content when relevant
What skills and experience we think you have
Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok
Comfortable interacting with users and people and managing conversations online
Ability to respond clearly, accurately and empathetically to questions about the product
Ability to collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to ensure correct and consistent information is shared crossed platforms
Based in Stockholm
Fluent in Swedish
Nice to have
Experience across multiple social platforms
Strong awareness of trends, platform culture and emerging formats
Basic content production skills (e.g. filming, sound, lighting)
Ability to identify and engage potential ambassadors or micro-creators

Location
We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the Brand & Medical Marketingteam you will work with is located in Stockholm, and the team occasionally meets in the office for collaboration and face-to-face time.

Natural Cycles was created when our founders, Elina and Raoul, were in search of an effective method of natural birth control. Their journey took them from physics straight into health tech for women. The couple were unsatisfied with what they found, so they decided to apply their experience and knowledge in advanced mathematics and data analysis to develop a solution to meet their needs. This turned out to be an algorithm that detects and predicts ovulation and fertility.
In the early days, they used the algorithm for their own purposes but quickly realized that there was a vast unmet need for this type of method. They decided to develop a mobile app so women from all over the world could easily access and use Natural Cycles.
Our company has been up and running since 2013 and has been rapidly growing since our CE certification in February 2017.
