Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities-we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We're looking for a Community Life Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks, a developing 55+ community in the heart of the Lowcountry with resort-style amenities and a growing resident experience. Located just minutes from Hilton Head Island, Savannah, and the May River, the Bluffton and Hilton Head region is one of the Southeast's fastest-growing active adult destinations.
In this forward-facing role, you'll help set the tone for the resident experience through welcoming front desk service, clear communications, event support, and dependable administrative and operational coordination. You'll be joining the community during an exciting transition as Cohere begins a new chapter of management and resident service.
This is an opportunity to help shape a hospitality-forward resident experience that reflects the warmth and authenticity of the Lowcountry, ensuring residents feel welcomed, connected, and part of the community from the moment they arrive.
If you're someone who enjoys helping people, keeps details organized, and brings positive energy to both everyday interactions and community events, we'd love to meet you.
The best communities are built by people who feel supported, valued, and empowered to do their best work. That's why we invest in benefits, time away, and professional growth that help our team members thrive both personally and professionally.
Highlights Include:
Create a Welcoming Resident Experience
Support Communications and Community Information
Help Bring Events and Programs to Life
Keep Daily Operations Moving
