What You'll Do

• Develop strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations to drive referrals
• Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed admission goals
• Educate professionals and families about the benefits of hospice care
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry, referral sources, and competitors
• Be a key advocate for hospice services in Bergen County, NJ

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree or professional license (preferred)
• Three or more years of sales, marketing, or provider relations experience (preferred)
• Three or more years of healthcare experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
