Job Description

Epic Health Partners is seeking a full-time Community Liaison to build relationships with referral sources and community partners throughout the Richmond area. This role focuses on developing referral networks, increasing awareness of our services, and supporting business development efforts through community outreach and professional networking. The position offers a flexible schedule with a combination of office-based and field-based work and is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build experience in healthcare, community relations, and business development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and local businesses.
• Represent Epic Health Partners at networking events, resource fairs, community meetings, and outreach activities.
• Research and coordinate community events, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to establish new referral partnerships and strengthen existing community relationships.
• Conduct outreach activities to increase awareness of Epic Health Partners' programs and services.
• Assist with business development initiatives through relationship-building, networking, and community engagement efforts.
• Deliver presentations and provide information regarding available services to community partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership and marketing team members to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational goals and messaging.
• Research, coordinate, and participate in community engagement opportunities that support organizational growth.
• Track outreach activities, referral relationships, and business development efforts using internal systems.
• Maintain regular communication with community partners to foster long-term relationships and identify emerging community needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in community outreach, marketing, customer service, communications, public relations, recruiting, sales, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing activities preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business communication tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Work Schedule & Location

• Flexible Full-Time schedule with a combination of office-based work and community-based outreach activities throughout the service area.
• Regular local travel is required to attend meetings, networking events, and community engagement activities. A company vehicle will be provided for business-related travel, and approved work-related expenses will be reimbursed.
