About the role
The Community Inclusion Lead will coordinate the Community and Game Development inclusion and diversity portfolio, both internally and across the wider community. West Coast Eagles has a proud history of promoting access to the Club for everyone, including people with disabilities, immigrants and supporters from non-traditional football backgrounds. This is a hands-on role delivering Club content and events across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, and it plays an important part in the Club's growth and innovation agenda, including the goal of 200,000 members by 2030.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager - Community & Game Development, responsibilities include:
Due to the nature of the industry and this role, there is an inherent requirement to work home match days, community events and activations, which will include working some evenings and weekends. This is balanced with a flexible working schedule to support employee wellbeing.

The West Coast Eagles Football Club formed in August, 1986, playing its first official match for premiership points against Richmond in 1987. Our women's side played its first game for AFLW premiership points in February 2020 against Collingwood.
Since then, the club has enjoyed significant success , winning premierships in 1992, 1994, 2006 and 2018.
Based at Mineral Resources Park in Lathlain, West Coast boasts a proud tradition of success on and off the field which can be attributed to its many loyal members and corporate partners.
