
The Inspire Brands Foundation supports the philanthropic efforts of Inspire Brands and its portfolio of companies. The Community Impact Associate Manager supports the implementation and execution of brand‑specific philanthropic programs for Arby’s and SONIC. This role focuses on program coordination, stakeholder support, customer service, and communications to help deliver meaningful community impact.
The Community Impact Associate Manager works closely with franchisees, field teams,andinternal stakeholdersto support fundraising campaigns, teacher development programming, and community grant initiatives. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role ideal for a strong communicator with a service mindset and a passion for community engagement.
This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday- Thursday
RESPONSIBILTIES
Franchisee and Operations Support
Serve asprimary liaison forfranchiseesandfield teamsfor their community impactwork
Assistwithcommunicationsand coordination between brand teams, Foundationleadershipand externalstakeholders
Executelocal grants nomination and distribution process on behalf ofArby’s andSONIC
Manage SONIC Disaster Relief fund, including communications andfund disbursement
Communications Telling Our Story
Identifystories of impact and engagement within thebrandsandthe communities we serve
Partner withArby’s &SONICsocial and communication teams to communicate impactand engagement stories bothinternally and externally

SONIC Teacher DevelopmentProgramat Ron Clark Academy
Support the educator applicationandselection process
Coordinatelogisticsand providesupport before, during and after training experiences
Act as a point of contact for teachersto ensure a positive and supportive experience.
In-RestaurantFundraisingCampaignsfor Arby’s and SONIC
Assistwith franchisee and field communications related to campaign materials, timing, and expectations
Support grant administration connected to the campaign
Manageincentive tracking, fulfillment, and reporting
Serve as a customer service contact for franchisees and field teams during the campaign period
Job position includes the above responsibilities as well as other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4 yr degreeor equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 +yrs of experience in customer service, communications, nonprofit work, community engagement, program coordination, ora relatedfield
