That’s why we’re on the hunt for the Community Growth & Sales Specialist who’s ready to make a real impact.

❕This role is 100% remote and you will join a team that already works from 20 different world countries.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mind to turn online communities—especially Facebook groups—into revenue-generating powerhouses. You’ll drive engagement, build relationships, and convert active audiences into customers.

If you love solving complex puzzles, spotting untapped opportunities, and figuring things out independently, this might be your dream job.

This isn’t a role for someone who waits for instructions. We need a problem solver who thrives on challenges, loves puzzles, and finds creative ways to drive sales without relying on traditional marketing channels.

You’ll have access to a high-level, premium training program to master community-based sales strategies, but ultimately, we expect you to take ownership, experiment, and make things happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, infiltrate, and engage with high-potential community groups (mainly on Facebook) to drive sales.

  • Craft compelling, high-converting posts and discussions that don’t feel like sales pitches.

  • Create visuals and copy that grab attention and build trust.

  • Solve problems on the spot—whether it’s engagement drops, algorithm shifts, or content flops.

  • Run experiments and track data to constantly optimize your approach.

  • Own the entire sales pipeline from community interactions to conversions—no micromanagement, just results

Requirements

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Analytical & Strategic – You see patterns, connect the dots, and solve complex problems like a pro.

  • Entrepreneurial & Self-Sufficient – You don’t ask for solutions; you find them.

  • Geeky & Tech-Savvy – You love testing new tools, staying ahead of trends, and understanding platforms inside out.

  • Creative & Persuasive – You know how to craft content that sells without being "salesy."

  • Data-Driven & Adaptive – You test, tweak, and iterate to optimize performance.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Experience in e-commerce, tech, or digital marketing

  • Strong copywriting & content creation skills.

  • Ability to design simple yet effective visuals for posts.

  • Track record of driving sales through online communities (especially Facebook).

  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.

  • 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.

  • Home Task.

  • 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

  • Decision & Feedback from us.

SALARY

€1100 - €2000 after taxes (depending on yourskills, competencies, and experience) with the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3 We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
