Seeking a Community Engineer to support and manage a Telegent‑based community platform. This role focuses on ensuring the platform is stable, well‑structured, and optimized for strong user engagement.
In this role, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of the Telegent platform, including configuration, optimization, and ongoing support
Lead and support Telegent Community migration efforts
Build and maintain community structures (forums, knowledge areas, collaboration spaces)
Set up roles, permissions, moderation workflows, and content governance
Partner with business teams to improve engagement and user experience
Support integrations such as SSO, analytics, and external tools
Provide Level 2/3 support and resolve platform issues
Maintain documentation and coordinate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teams
Support testing, UAT, and release activities
3–4 years managing enterprise SaaS platforms
Experience with community/engagement platforms, ideally Telegent
Understanding of SSO, access control, and integrations
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical teams
Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
