The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans.

We are seeking driven individuals whose primary responsibility is to set appointments and engage with families over the phone. The Community Development Advisor is responsible for generating pre-need sales for locations in the assigned market area including cemetery property, cemetery merchandise, cemetery services and prearranged funeral/Cremation plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to generate appointments for pre-need planning services.
• Set 10–12 qualified appointments weekly, tracked in our CRM system.
• Follow a proven training plan to master appointment setting and phone engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity and follow-up using CRM tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent our brand with professionalism.
• Collaborate with advisors by setting appointments that lead to shared success and commissions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional telemarketing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
