This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community & Customer Experience Lead (For Pooling) based in Brazil.

This is a hands-on opportunity to shape both community engagement and customer experience for a mission-driven consumer brand. You will build meaningful relationships with creators, influencers, customers, ambassadors, partners, and passionate brand advocates. At the same time, you will help deliver fast, thoughtful, and empathetic customer support while turning customer feedback into actionable business insights. The role combines relationship building, community strategy, customer experience, process improvement, and modern AI-powered tools. You will have significant ownership and the opportunity to build systems and processes from the ground up. As the function grows, this role can evolve into a leadership position overseeing a small team and broader community and customer operations.
