You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for users, helping them onboard, access support, and confidently navigate digital work platforms.
You’ll also help ensure payments are processed accurately while maintaining clear financial records and supporting project reporting.
Your attention to detail will contribute to high-quality app content, smooth feature testing, and continuous improvements to the user experience.
The role offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse communities while collaborating with project, technical, and external stakeholders.
Empathy, cultural awareness, organisation, and a proactive approach will be essential to making a meaningful impact.
