Would you like to support older people in your local community?
Age UK Wiltshire is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated person to support older people to access information and advice and to become better connected with their communities, particularly people who are on a low income, socially isolated, or find it difficult to access services.
Working directly with older people, often visiting people at home, you’ll have a direct impact on their quality of later life, helping to put money into people’s pockets and supporting them to become better connected with their communities.
The post is seven hours a week, working pattern to be agreed, and covers the areas of Laverstock, Ford, and the communities of Bishopdown Farm (Hampton Park and Riverdown Park), Old Sarum, Longhedge and part of Milford.
