Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager
The Community Connections YouThrive (CCYT) Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the CCYT program, which serves current and former foster youth, ages 17–26, as they transition from foster care to independent adulthood. The Program Manager oversees program operations, staff supervision and development, quality assurance, program outcomes, and community partnerships while ensuring high-quality services are provided to the young adults we serve.
CCYT is a peer-to-peer model, and lived experience helps build trust, credibility, and meaningful connections with young adults.
