Job Description

Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a PART TIME Community Code Enforcer for its HOA community in Myrtle Beach.

A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Work hours: 20 hours a week

Preferred schedule: Mon, Tues., Wed., Thurs., Fri., 8am - 1pm

Will be flexible

Off on Wed. No weekend work.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Walk or drive community to conduct inspections.
  • Refer to inspection requests by the Onsite Manager and members of the Board of Directors.
  • Ensure homeowners are following the HOA Rules and Regulations.
  • Document, take pictures, and report findings.
  • Issue homeowner violation notices, and follow-up t0 ensure violation was corrected.
  • Notify Onsite Manager of any maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor speed radar system.
  • Submit reports to the Onsite Manger of code infractions.
  • Other duties as requites.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's licenses and clean driving record is required.
  • 1+ year of customer service, data entry, office support, and clerical experience.
  • High level of custoemr swrvice,
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proactive communication style with timely follow-up.
  • Self-managed, self-directed, and self-motivated.
  • Abiliuty to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently to accomplish daily tasks.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
