Locations: Multiple across Melbourne, including Balwyn, Hughesdale, Brunswick and Sunshine

Employment Type: Fixed-term, Part-time (until 30/06/2027)

Hours: 5-6 hours per day (varied days)

What you will be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our vibrant day centres, helping older members of the Greek community connect, have fun, and enjoy life! From supporting social catch-ups to joining in recreational, physical, and educational activities, you’ll help create memorable moments every day.

Your role is all about bringing people together, sparking smiles, and making a real difference—helping our clients live their best days with energy, laughter, and connection.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Understanding of working with elderly from different cultural, linguistic and health backgrounds
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Have strong English written and oral skills
• Fluency in Greek language is strongly considered
• The ability to work independently and part of a team
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or willingness to enrol within 3 months of
  employment
• Current certificates in First Aid and CPR, or willingness to complete the course
• Current driver licence and access to own vehicle.
• Undergo Criminal History Record Check at the required intervals
