About the Role:


Bethanna is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our community-based behavioral health team to work one-on-one with children/youth to provide mental health support and behavior interventions. This rewarding role supports youth in school, home and community settings. These roles involve one-on-one behavioral support, skill building, and caregiver coaching engagement in the home, school, and community settings.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly

    Rate:
    $19.00–$21.00
  • Schedule: Primarily day shift, with flexibility for some evening hours
  • Office Location: Reed Street – South Philadelphia (community-based travel required)

  • Clinical Support: Provided by program supervisors at community locations as well as weekly supervision, and frequent professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and 1:1 intervention to children and youth
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in real-world environments
  • Support caregivers and foster families through modeling and coaching
  • Document progress and contribute to treatment/resiliency planning
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team collaboration, and crisis communication



Qualifications:

Candidates must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background, Medicare/Medicaid Exclusions Checks
  • RBT training required prior to hire
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • BCAT, or BCaBA certification preferred
  • 2+ years of behavioral health experience working with children/youth preferred
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care and continuous learning
