About the Role:
Bethanna is seeking compassionate, motivated therapists to join our team and support children, youth, and families through community-based therapeutic services. We have multiple therapist opportunities throughout our organization. Therapist roles are grounded in trauma-informed care and aim to foster emotional resilience, family stability, and long-term well-being. We have full-time therapist positions available for individuals with and without clinical licensure.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $50,000 annually
  • Schedule: Primarily day shift, with flexibility for some evening hours
  • Supervision – weekly individual supervision, as well as clinical supervision groups facilitated by LCSW and Licensed Psychologist
  • Evidenced Based Models – training, certification and supervision in various evidenced based therapy models provided at no cost
  • Licensure Hours and Supervision: Is available for eligible individuals
  • Location: Reed Street – South Philadelphia (community-based travel required)

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing individual, family, and caregiver therapy in home, school, and community-based settings
  • Developing and updating treatment or resiliency plans (IRPs)
  • Supporting clients in crisis de-escalation and emotional regulation
  • Collaborating with foster families, biological families, DHS, school teams, and care coordinators
  • Participating in discharge planning, clinical team meetings, and case reviews
  • Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Minimum

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, education, or a related clinical discipline with completion of a clinical or direct service practicum.
    • Or
  • Master’s degree with completion of 9 graduate clinical credits and one year of full-time experience providing direct mental health services to youth.
  • Positions available for individuals without a clinical license
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Ability to pass background clearances (FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal) and Medicare/Medicaid Exclusions checks.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong documentation habits
