What You'll Do

• 
  Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• 
  Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, meal preparation, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
• 
  Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety strategies.
• 
  Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that support long-term independence.
• 
  Communicate patient progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
• 
  Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• 
  Active Minnesota
  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  license.
• 
  Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• 
  Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• 
  Home health experience is preferred but not required.
• 
  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
