Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident check-ins and move-in coordination during a high-traffic period
  • Provide on-site customer service and support to residents and prospects
  • Support unit readiness through basic inspections and coordination with the onsite team
  • Help organize leasing materials and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Ensure a smooth and positive resident experience through proactive communication and support
  • Collaborate with property team members to maintain efficient daily operations

  • Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Comfortable interacting with residents and providing on-site support
  • Availability for full duration of assignment (1–2 days in July  28th-29th, 2026)
