As Community & Engagement Manager, you will help shape the next chapter of CHANEL's communications strategy in Hong Kong and Macau, evolving from a model focused primarily on visibility to one that builds long-term advocacy, affinity, and meaningful relationships. Working across Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, Fragrance & Beauty, and Arts & Culture, you will cultivate a high-quality community of cultural voices, creators, tastemakers, and emerging advocates who share a genuine connection with the House.
Reporting to the General Manager of Communications, you will act as a unifying relationship owner, creating engagement strategies that strengthen loyalty to CHANEL as a House and deepen its cultural relevance within the local market.
