Responsibilities

Develop content release rhythm and complete content channel construction through mainstream overseas platforms (Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube);
-Identifying and developing early creators: finding people who are passionate about the platform, building relationships, and helping them produce the first batch of impactful content
-Operate core communities such as Discord, design user interaction mechanisms, and maintain community activity
-Coordinate overseas promotion resources (KOL cooperation, paid advertising, etc.), reverse target strategy, and quickly establish a cold start volume
-Track data performance on various platforms, continuously adjust content and strategic direction
-Collect community feedback, organize user voices and convey them to the product team, directly communicate with the product team, and participate in product design and optimization
- 通过海外主流平台（Discord、Reddit、X/Twitter、TikTok、Instagram、YouTube），制定内容发布节奏，完成内容渠道搭建；
- 识别和发展早期创作者：找到对平台有热情的人，建立关系，帮助他们产出第一批有传播力的内容
- 运营 Discord 等核心社群，设计用户互动机制，维持社群活跃度
- 统筹海外推广资源（KOL 合作、付费投放等），目标倒推手段，快速建立冷启声量
- 跟踪各平台数据表现，持续调整内容和策略方向
- 收集社区反馈，整理用户声音传递给产品团队，与产品团队直接对接，参与产品设计与优化

Qualifications

-1-3 years of experience in overseas social media or community operations, with actual experience running accounts or managing communities
-Familiar with the content ecology and user habits of platforms such as Discord, Reddit, X, TikTok, etc
-Fluent in English, able to independently write English copy and engage in community communication
-Have a genuine interest in games, AI creation tools, and interactive content
-Preference for creative innovation and entrepreneurial atmosphere

-Experience of cold starting overseas accounts or communities from scratch
-Have experience in KOL collaboration or budget management for paid advertising
-Have played Roblox, Zepeto, or similar UGC platforms with first-hand experience
- 1–3 年海外社媒运营或社群运营经验，实际跑过账号或管理过社群
- 熟悉 Discord、Reddit、X、TikTok 等平台的内容生态和用户习惯
- 英文流利，能独立写英文文案、做社群沟通
