About the Role

We are looking for a part time (0.5) customer-focused and organised team member to provide first-level support across the Netball ecosystem, helping Member Organisations, Associations, Clubs and Members get the support they need. You’ll be a key point of contact for NetSetGO enquiries, while providing the administrative support that helps the program grow and operate effectively.You’ll also support the broader Community team across Workforce and PlayHQ, helping to deliver efficient services and a positive experience for our netball community.

Key responsibilities include:

General

  • Provide high-level customer service and support to the Netball community, including Member Organisations, Associations, Clubs, Participants and Parents/Guardians.
  • Build digital platform and community netball delivery expertise to enable high-level service to Netball Administrators.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support across the broader Community team including but limited to PlayHQ, Workforce and Schools

NetSetGo

  • Compile weekly reporting of NetSetGo participants and centre numbers.
  • Collation of Monthly reporting of NetSetGo participant and centre numbers within the first week of each month.
  • Support Member Organisation Participation Coordinators with day-to-day questions.
  • Conduct regular updates of customer databases with correct details and information.
  • Provide assistance in the administration of annual national initiatives, e.g. Come and Play Day and Netball Grants.
  • Regularly update centre administrators via EDM with information and news.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database/s of NetSetGo registered centres and information.
  • Respond in a timely manner to all inbound customer queries relating to NetSetGo program through appropriate CX platform.
  • Support the administration of the end-to-end participant registration and pack fulfillment process, including troubleshooting, quality control and general customer support.
  • Work in conjunction with the contracted supplier’s customer support team.
  • Execute reports as required from registration platforms or pack fulfilment systems. Including data matching
  • Improve efficiencies of the administration process.
  • Monitor stock levels of appropriate items on the NetSetGo store.

Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Oversee daily support operation, including Zen Desk support / tickets, providing all levels of support for learners and MO administrators that are not managed by the PlayHQ Service desk
  • Complete business reporting, as requested, including board report data and disbursements processes.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of communications and surveys using tools such as Campaign Monitor and Get Feedback platforms.
  • Assist in the establishment and training of MO new starters in Totara, including reporting requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who possesses the following:

  • Qualifications or prior experience in Sport Administration and Customer Service is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of community sport sector is desirable.
  • Strong administration skills, including computer literacy, record-keeping and report writing.
  • Substantial customer service experience.
  • Able to operate in an environment of varying tasks ensuring stakeholders are serviced in accordance with servicing priorities.
  • Build self-capability to be knowledgeable across NA Community products and platforms
  • Ability to deliver to agreed timelines.
  • Proactive in problem solving and finding solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Working as a team to achieve the organisations and teams’ objectives.
  • Demonstrated alignment with NA values essential.
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.

Other Information

The role is based at Netball’s Head Office in Fitzroy/Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung country. Given the unique nature of the sports industry, and the domestic & global reach of our organisation, travelling and working outside of traditional office hours may be required. Our teams work flexibly, and we encourage the successful applicant to discuss flexible working options with their People Leader.
