We’re looking for a friendly and professional Community Access Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, creating a warm welcome while helping keep the community safe, organized, and inviting.

Position Responsibilities:

• Welcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations.
• Give appropriate direction to visitors.
• Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles.
• Register visitors/vehicles as necessary.
• Complete all entry system documentation as required.
• Monitor gates for maintenance related issues.
• Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.)
• Performs other related duties as directed.
• Must be available for day or evening shifts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.
• Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage.
• Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Sitting/standing at community access gate workstation, walking throughout community as needed for patrol inspections, covering pools and spas.
