Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Communications Strategist with the Enterprise Communications Team, your primary role will be to elevate our internal communications and, as needed, to fulfill public and media relations duties, all in support of Vancity’s business goals and growth.
You will provide strategic advice, develop and implement communication plans, and craft compelling content to position Vancity’s story effectively across diverse audiences. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on communicator who is skilled at producing content for a range of media, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who understands how to manage relationships and mitigate reputational risk.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Communications. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands.

This role offers a salary range of $81,200 to $114,000 per annum The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements
