Nevada Heart & Vascular Center is seeking an energetic, technology-focused Communications Specialist to help support and optimize our communication systems, artificial intelligence initiatives, employee communications, and patient engagement efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, process improvement, training, and working collaboratively with operational leaders, providers, and staff.
What You'll Do
· Manage and support Vonage and communication technology platforms.
· Assist with AI-driven workflow development and testing.
· Coordinate internal and external communications.
· Support distribution of patient education and marketing materials.
· Train employees on communication tools and workflows.
· Assist with compliance tracking and documentation.
· Partner with leadership to improve communication efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
· 2+ years of communications, healthcare operations, information technology, telecommunications, or related experience.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Ability to learn and support emerging technologies and AI tools.
· Experience in healthcare preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based communication platforms.
