Job Description

The Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting communication systems and equipment used in the field. This position spends most of the time working from the office, with occasional travel to field locations to inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, or assist with installations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain communication equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot communication or connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure equipment is operating properly.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with equipment setup, testing, and maintenance.
• Travel to field locations approximately once per month as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with communications, networking, radio systems, or related technical equipment preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to field locations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
