The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication plans that effectively convey our mission, values, and key initiatives to various audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to advance the organization's goals and enhance its public image.
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple channels including press releases, social media, newsletters, and website.
Manage media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and other media professionals.
Monitor and analyze media coverage, public trends, and communication effectiveness metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communications.

Qualifications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, media relations, or a similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and style.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication campaigns and strategies.
Experience with social media management and content creation across various digital platforms.
