About the Role

Responsibilities

• Help prepare informational and promotional materials for customer engagement.
• Respond to general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate team members.
• Support activities that strengthen brand recognition and public awareness.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure information is accurate and consistent.
• Gather feedback from customer interactions and share useful observations with the team.
• Participate in training to improve presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
