Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and personable Communications Representative to support communication efforts across the organization.

In this role, you will help ensure that information is communicated clearly, professionally, and consistently while assisting with day-to-day interactions, internal coordination, and relationship management.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and business contacts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and general questions.
• Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
• Prepare and organize written communications, updates, and informational materials.
• Maintain accurate communication records and follow-up documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative communication tasks.
• Identify communication needs and help ensure important information reaches the appropriate individuals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and overall customer experience.
