We are looking for a professional Communications Representative to support customer interactions and internal communication efforts. The ideal candidate will assist with inquiries, maintain accurate records, coordinate information, and contribute to efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

  Respond to customer and client inquiries by phone, email, and in person

  Provide accurate information regarding services and company procedures

  Maintain organized records, correspondence, and documentation

  Coordinate appointments and communication between departments

  Support administrative and office operations
