Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Execution

  • Develop and distribute enterprise communications, including company-wide emails, leadership messages, and operational updates.
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, audience-appropriate narratives.
  • Ensure communications align with company voice, tone, and brand standards.

Enterprise Communications Support

  • Drive execution of enterprise communications initiatives and campaigns.
  • Deliver timely and effective communications distribution multiple channels.

Project Coordination

  • Manage communications intake, prioritization, and workflow across multiple projects.
  • Oversee editorial calendars and track deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners including operations, clinical leadership, human resources, and legal.

Governance

  • Enforce communications processes, standards, and approval workflows.
  • Review communications for accuracy, clarity, and risk mitigation.

Measurement & Insights

  • Track communications volume, timing, and engagement metrics.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support reporting on communications performance and operational metrics.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Identify opportunities to improve communications workflows and scalability.
  • Support development and documentation of communications processes and templates.
  • Assist with research, briefing materials, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, corporate communications, or related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, multi-site organizations, or regulated industries, preferred.
  • Experience supporting internal or enterprise communications in complex organizations, preferred.
  • Familiarity with communications governance, approval workflows, or process management, preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive or leadership communications, preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messaging.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
