About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect, inspire, and engage our people.
As an Internal Communications Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to bring our strategy to life through clear, compelling and cohesive messaging. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring communications are aligned to our purpose, resonate across the organisation, and create a shared sense of direction.
You’ll translate complex strategic priorities into meaningful stories and engaging content delivered at the right time, through the right channels, and with real impact. From developing communication plans to creating high-quality assets and campaigns, you’ll bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
You’ll build strong relationships across the business, gaining a deep understanding of your stakeholder areas to craft communications that drive engagement, encourage collaboration, and reinforce our key objectives. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our internal communications approach bringing fresh thinking, external insight, and continuous improvement to everything you do.
